- I would sleep at 10PM and not go back to sleep after Subuh because I got my 8 hours of sleep.
- I would eat breakfast every day.
- I would eat my vitamins every day after each meal.
- I would exercise every day.
- I would use social media less.
- I would actually have and follow a skincare routine at least twice a day.
- I would solat Dhuha every day.
- I would wake up in the middle of the night to perform nightly prayers at least once a week.
- I would fast every Monday and Thursday.
- I would pray di awal waktu.
- I would journal every day.
- I would practice mindfulness and other positive psychology exercises every day.
- I would read more often.
- I would read newspapers every day.
- I would watch or listen to Islamic content more often.
- I would watch the movies and shows I've always wanted to but only delayed all this while.
