Two weeks ago the mother cat at my house gave birth to seven kittens. From previous experience I know that newborn kittens go through a survival of the fittest thing, whereby only one or two would grow up to become an adult while others will pass on along the way. One of them passed away the other day too and I buried it.
Burying kittens isn't something new, but it will always hurt like hell.
