Assalamualaikum and well, I'm a year late writing about how 2013 was- (lawak hambar)
I'm not sure if this is the best time for me to write because I'm not in the right mood now haish. Well then. 2013 will be one of the most unforgettable years and if I had the chance to relive it.. I won't. If it is a cup of coffee, it'll be one of those really really bitter ones haha.
I'll just try to sum up each month.:
January: Year started dreadfully with tons of prefect work (how ironic that I'll be the one giving these work to others this year). Started going to tuition. Changed my glasses.
February: Didn't get in the choral speaking team (they got 1st in state levels). Became the conductor for 3A's bicara berirama and we got in 3rd. Didn't get in the netball school team because of tuition. Green House got 1st for road run.
March: March test. Alhamdulillah, got third for the whole form. Prefect camp. Bonded with a lot of prefects and got to show more of myself after acting as a duck lol.
April: SAEYLS. Got braces which hurts like @%#$^. Mighty Minds competition and didn't even pass the first round. Had the crazy idea to quit K-Pop. ICSA 11:11 Make A Wish charity run. Had an unmemorable birthday because of kerja kursus. Entered the Bicara Berirama competition district levels and won third! Andrew Choo pra-seminar.
May: Mid Year exams. Teachers' Day celebration. Started and finished reading Death Note. Prefect's party. EXO's Wolf came out. CL's Baddest Female came out. Started getting obsessed with VIXX.
June: Tuition on holidays. Passed the Spell It Right preliminary state challenge. Horrible haze. Got my first B in English because of one mistake hahaha. Green House got first for Sports Day.
July: Student exchange programme, had 2 Indonesians staying in my house for a week. G-Dragon's OOAK world tour concert in Malaysia (didn't go). Bawang Merah Bawang Putih (school musical theater that I got to watch three times). Aiman came back from America for his holidays. Fasting month. PMR trials. Read Anterograde Tomorrow. Started liking BTS. Prefect Installation, elected as a Bureau of Documentation.
August: Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Open house. EXO came to Malaysia for MTV World Stage (didn't go). Spell It Right competition, top 100 in Selangor (didn't get to the next stage).
September: (not sure what happened but studied for PMR I guess /or not/ ).
October: PMR. PMR finished. G-Dragon's Crooked came out (I think). Hari Raya Aidiladha. Prize-giving ceremony in Kuala Langat since Eco Rangers won third place for most active club in Selangor. Post PMR activities carried out in school. Finished watching Master's Sun and Reply 1997. Started liking Topp Dogg (don't judge the name). Kem Jati Diri. Obsessed with Percy Jackson.
November: K-Pop Fever/SM Town Exhibition in Isetan, KLCC (didn't buy anything because takde duit). Went to Kelantan. Went to Makassar, Indonesia. MRSM UKKM test. Started drawing and coloring using crayons.
December: Finished watching Heirs. Got two piercings in each ear. Finished with the Percy Jackson series and reading Heroes of Olympus. Obsessed with WGM PocaGuri couple. Watched Catching Fire. Went to Japan. Got my PMR results. MADE INSTAGRAM.
Yep that's it. Academic-wise, I was better than 2012. Made a lot of new friends (especially juniors). Not that active in co-curricular activities. Popularity suddenly increased and even had stalkers lol. Tried listening to a lot of other genres of music other than K-Pop, mostly bands. I don't know but I wish, I wish I have matured and became a more responsible and kind person (but that's just wishful thinking). Met up with primary school
friends. Alhamdulillah, I thank Allah SWT for all the experience, blessings, achievements and obstacles He has given me and all the people He has made me met.
For 2014:
- I wish (and will) become a better person.
- I wish to be kinder, more confident, more leader-like, more respectable.
- Stop seeing the negative side of things and start seeing the brighter side.
- Help and volunteer more.
