  • Cutting my own hair short in the bathroom
  • Journalling
  • Fixing my spine at the chiropractor
  • Going for facial treatment
  • Getting my eyebrows done
  • Meeting and talking with my Psychology friends and seniors
  • Volunteering
  • Working
  • Not stopping myself from crying, even four months after
  • Letting myself sit in with emotions rather than try to run away or try to distract myself from it
  • Reddit threads of people's experience
  • Youtube videos 
  • Reading books
  • My cats
  • Deleting things I don't want to remember
  • Music
  • Having no expectations of myself and accepting that everyone lives and dies, there's literally nothing else, might as well just have the aim to serve others in the middle
