Assalamualaikum and hello! Not in the mood of writing anything serious today, so here is a light post about what I did after SPM. Which encompasses mostly useless non-intellectual stuff. While a lot of my friends have already started college in January. #teamreput Please don't judge me for basically being a couch potato 24/7 for the past few months. Might as well make it all into point form. All are not in chronological order.

What I Read:

Stepped out of the house for fun with family or friends:

• Went to Universal Studios Singapore with family 
  
• Went to AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort with family 
  
• Went to Pasar Seni + Petaling Street twice with Aiman and Amzar. they were selling yeezy boosts, fendi's bug bags and issey miyake's baobao bags for half the price everywhere wah
  
• Went out with Hidayati to Comic Fiesta 
  
• Went out with Adeebah and Hidayati to KLCC for the Education fair and also bumped into Aisyah.

• Went out with Adeebah, Hidayati, Zhee Qi and Chandra at Nu Sentral and later on went to Midvalley with Hidayati and Zhee Qi to watch Heroine Shikkaku. 
  
• Went out with Mira and Syahirah to Korea Nation Day 
  
• Went for a get-together brunch with Adeebah, Hidayati, Sharon, Zhee Qi, Chandra, Afaf, Cayssey, Pavitra, Mytheli, Simarpreet, Mitra, Sheann and Dhivya.

• Went out with Afaf, Zhee Qi and Hidayati to Midvalley a day before SPM results day and watched Zootopia. 
  

i don't even take accounts what even

• Went to school a day after SPM results and saw my batchmates for Datin's retirement and saw the helicopter.
  
• Went out with Zhee Qi to KLCC to see Kwangsoo. recorded a half-decent fancam and posted it on instagram! it was quite close hahaha

• The Mermaid. stephen chow never fails to make hilarious movies plus kris made a cameo at the end ahhahaha
• Whiplash. ONE OF THE MOST INTENSE MOVIES I HAVE EVER WATCHED.
• Zootopia (twice)
• Kung Fu Panda 3
• Heroine Shikkaku / No Longer Heroine
• Star Wars : The Force Awakens

Korean

• No Mercy. tbh thought it was a great survival show compared to m&m 
• Cheese In The Trap. loved it so much but the ending had to ruin it T_T
• Splish Splash Love. a superb short webdrama with 2 episodes only. watch it!!!
• Oh My Venus (stopped halfway)
• She Was Pretty (stopped halfway)
• Monsta X's Right Now
• Monsta X's Deokspatch
• Monsta X's Deokspatch X
• Monsta X's Deokspatch X squared. by now u should know which group was my recent obsession
• BIGBANG's MADE final in Seoul day 3 live streaming. probably my first ever concert ahahaha even though it was only live streaming i still had post concert depression afterwards
• Produce 101 (almost finished). currently following the show with aiman. too many feels and emotions watching this really i love them all so much
• Blood (almost finished) . underrated drama but only started watching it after the news about the main actor and actress dating in real life. the drama is quite good and thrilling! (scary)

Other random things:

• Internship at The Bintang, which was blogged about.
• Amzar was admitted to the hospital and later on to the ICU because of dengue. Alhamdulillah, he got better. 
  

after 9 days and 5 room changes

• Tried learning unsuccessfully Red Velvet's Dumb Dumb dance. recorded it and deleted the video asap in case the phone gets infected by viruses it was that horrible
• Went to NST's Niexter Writers Meetup. met serena and raenuga!! 
  
• Applied for 8 scholarships (v tiring dont do it) with all kinds of field of studies idek Applied Science (Biology), Biochemistry, Creative Writing, Law, Economics, Psychology, Journalism etc. feel like throwing up at the thought of it 
• Currently taking classes for driving and riding a motorcycle (yes motorcycle don't ask). Really really dislike both of them I'm pretty slow hahahaha will most probably not pass the tests later on.

• Had a free makeup and photoshoot session and tried out for Hijabista's model casting AHAHAHAHAHHAHA very embarrassing 
  

Overall

It has been a very ______ time. I left that space blank because I don't know what to put there. There were weeks where I literally don't do anything and just stay at home. Well, mostly I sleep around 12-2AM and wake up for Subuh and then sleep again until 11-1 (very unproductive and teruk I know). Then there are days when everything just gets really busy, having to scan, research, photocopy and print things out. There's the driving and motorcycle classes once a week. Went to places by public transport most of the time, usually going by LRT and coming back home by LRT + KTM (switching at KL Sentral) and later walking back home. Made a lot of new acquaintances, with the scholarship assessments and internship/writers meetup. When I didn't know anything about pre-university programmes up until after SPM, now I can finally tell the difference between asasi, matrikulasi, diploma, form 6,  A-Levels, Australian Matriculation, and International Baccalaureate WHICH IS AN ACHIEVEMENT BEFORE THIS I WAS SO CLUELESS.

hayi released her half-album, seoulite on 9th march. although all the songs are mesmerizing, this one's my favorite i just like the whole r&b and soul vibe from this song plus dok2 is a rapper i quite like too so double the likes yersz u can try listening from 0.00 to 1.23

DEAN - bonnie & clyde

if you like zion. t, crush, and jay park you will definitely love dean. he made exo's unfair and black pearl, vixx's voodoo doll and eternity, lee hi's world tour, and have collaborated with ikon and winner before. i first heard the song after watching a fancam of him performing this on sxsw 2016. give it a try! things start to turn up from 0.19 to 0.50

Red Velvet - One Of These Nights

red velvet's title track of their latest album, the velvet, is truly a spooky and haunting song yet angelic sounding at the same time. decided to put up the live performance instead of the mv because in my opinion it is much more.. how do i say this.. moving? loved the parts when irene dances alone gracefully and when seulgi and yeri dance together from 1.53 to 3.00. it affects your emotions more when you find out about the rumours of the story behind the song and mv.

GOT7 - Fly

might no longer stan them but every song of them never disappoints. i thought at first got7 took a weird turn because the song doesn't sound like their usual style at all but this weird is more like a good-weird kind of way. SURPRISINGLY THERE'S SO MUCH RAP I WAS LIKE WOAH THEY'RE NOT BAD GOOD JOB JYP.  liked jackson and bambam's part in the beginning at 0.17 to 0.43.
